The Kindermann outlet box is a desk-mount connection unit with an anodized aluminium 4-fold casing in grey-white finish. It provides space for two mains sockets and additional positions for individual configuration, accepting either four half or two full adapter plates from the Konnect flex 45 click series. The unit includes a 1 m power cable (GST18) and is designed for concealed, secure mounting on desktops.

Advantages

Adapter plates mount by an easy click mechanism, creating a flush surface. The construction is compatible with Neets media controls, USB recharger modules and EnOcean devices. Concealed clamps allow tool-free, anti-slip attachment to desktops with thicknesses from 10 to 60 mm. The anodized aluminium casing offers a durable, low-profile installation.

How to use

Position the outlet box on the desk edge and tighten the concealed clamps to secure it to surfaces 10–60 mm thick. Install required adapter plates by clicking them into the available half- or full-size slots from the Konnect flex 45 click series until they sit flush with the casing. Connect the GST18 power cable to a suitable mains outlet and route any device cables through the installed modules as needed.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, verify compatibility of chosen adapter plates and modules (Neets, USB charger, EnOcean) before installation and ensure the desk edge can accommodate the clamp thickness. Do not exceed the rated current of installed mains modules and follow local electrical installation regulations when connecting to power.
