Konica Minolta bizhub PRO C6000L κύλινδρος καταχώρισης μεμονωμένος

For production print environments where every sheet must land perfectly aligned, this Konica Minolta registration roller is the unsung hero inside the bizhub PRO C6000L. Unlike generic feed rollers that merely move paper, this component actively corrects skew and synchronizes timing, ensuring that full-bleed graphics, variable data, and tight-registration jobs come out crisp and consistent. It is a genuine OEM part, built to the exact tolerances of the PRO C series engine, so you avoid the premature wear and alignment drift common with aftermarket substitutes.

Highlights

• OEM Konica Minolta part for guaranteed fit and performance in bizhub PRO C6000L, C7000, C7000P, and C8000.
• Precision rubber roller on a rigid metal core provides consistent grip and long service life.
• Critical for accurate paper alignment and image registration in high-volume digital production printing.
• Individually packaged, new condition, ready for professional installation.
• Helps maintain rated engine speed and reduce misfeeds, jams, and double-sheet errors.

In daily use

This roller sits in the paper path where timing matters most. As each sheet enters the registration area, the roller briefly holds and then releases it in perfect sync with the imaging drum. Over time, the original roller surface can glaze or wear, causing subtle shifts in image position—especially on coated stocks or heavy media. Replacing it restores the factory-tight registration that professional print buyers expect. Installation is straightforward for a trained service technician, and because it is an OEM part, you keep the machine within manufacturer specifications for warranty and service agreements.
