Κόφτης σωλήνων Rothenberger 070643E για χαλύβδινους σωλήνες με ρυθμιζόμενο τροχό κοπής

The Rothenberger 070643E pipe cutter for steel pipes is a handheld cutting tool designed to deliver accurate, repeatable cuts on metal tubing. It features an adjustable cutting wheel that allows the user to set the cutting depth for different wall thicknesses, reducing the need for secondary finishing. The compact design supports use in workshops and on-site jobs, offering a faster and cleaner alternative to manual sawing when preparing steel pipe sections for plumbing, heating or metalwork installations.

Advantages

The adjustable cutting wheel enables precise control of cutting depth to match pipe wall thickness and minimize burr formation. Its handheld form factor and compact footprint improve accessibility in confined spaces and speed up repetitive cutting tasks. The cutter is built to provide repeatable results, reducing time spent on rework and deburring compared with manual sawing methods. Materials and construction focus on durability for regular use on steel pipes.

Suitable for

• Cutting steel pipes for plumbing and heating installations
• Preparation of pipe sections for welding or assembly in metalworking
• On-site pipe cutting in confined or hard-to-reach locations
• Workshop use where consistent, repeatable cuts are required

Key specifications

• Tool type: handheld pipe cutter for steel tubing
• Cutting mechanism: adjustable cutting wheel for depth control
• Intended material: steel pipes
• Design: compact for workshop and on-site use
• Operation: manual, suitable for repeatable, precise cuts

How to use

Secure the pipe in a stable position and position the cutter around the pipe at the desired cutting location. Adjust the cutting wheel to the appropriate depth for the pipe wall thickness. Rotate the cutter around the pipe while applying steady, even pressure; advance the cutting wheel incrementally as the score deepens until the pipe separates cleanly. After cutting, inspect the edge and remove any burrs as required before assembly or welding.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as gloves and eye protection when cutting steel pipes. For best results, set the cutting wheel incrementally rather than forcing a deep cut in a single pass; this reduces wear on the wheel and improves cut quality. Regularly inspect the cutting wheel for wear and replace it if cuts become less clean.
