Κεραία GPS/GLONASS QOLTEC μοντέλο 57055 με μαγνητική βάση, ενίσχυση 28 dB

Description: Enhanced satellite signal for your navigation systemNavigation devices, like other devices requiring constant access to GPS signals, can lose accuracy in difficult conditions in dense urban areas, between tall buildings, in forests or in places with limited visibility. The Qoltec GPS antenna was designed to eliminate these problems. With a narrow bandwidth of 4 MHz, the antenna precisely filters the signal in the GPS L1 band (1575.42 MHz), which effectively reduces interference from adjacent frequencies and improves positioning stability. The low VSWR 1.5 ensures a perfect match between the antenna and the receiver, minimising reflected signal loss and guaranteeing maximum RF path efficiency.Designed for stable navigation reliable in all conditionsThe omnidirectional design ensures uniform signal reception from multiple directions, which is particularly important in mobile applications and in places where the position of the device may change. This allows the antenna to maintain stable contact with more satellites simultaneously, regardless of the orientation of the device. RHCP (Right-Hand Circular Polarisation) ensures proper cooperation with GPS satellites that transmit signals in the same polarisation. SMA Connector ideal for compact devicesThe presented model is manufactured with attention to the smallest details. The high ingress protection rating is characterised by weather resistance, and the copper material conducts electricity perfectly and is corrosion resistant.High gain of 28 3 dB, achieved thanks to the integrated LNA amplifier, significantly increases the sensitivity of the receiver, enabling operation even with a weak or partially obstructed signal. The antenna is equipped with an SMA connector for easy installation in confined spaces ideal for GPS trackers, IoT modules, telemetry systems and compact electronic devices.Stable mounting while drivingThe antenna is equipped with a magnetic base that allows for quick and stable mounting on metal surfaces, such as the roof of a vehicle or bodywork components. A strong magnet ensures a secure hold even while driving, minimising the risk of the antenna shifting or falling off. Thanks to this solution, installation does not require drilling or the use of additional tools, and the antenna can be easily removed and moved to another location at any time. | Type: Omnidirectional | Usage: Outside | Antenna gain: 28 | Impedance: 50 | Color: Black | Dimensions: (D/L x W x H): 48 x 37 x 15 mm | Weight: 590

How to use

Place the antenna on a clean, flat metal surface with a clear view of the sky to maximise satellite reception. For vehicle installation, position the antenna on the roof or other elevated metal area away from tall obstructions and electronic interference sources. Connect the antenna cable to the GNSS receiver or tracking device input following the device manufacturer’s instructions. If the installation is temporary, ensure the magnetic base is firmly attached and check signal strength after positioning. For semi-permanent setups, periodically inspect the housing and cable routing for wear and environmental damage.

Recommendations

Avoid mounting on non-metal surfaces without additional conductive backing, and keep the antenna away from large metallic objects that may block the sky view. Route the cable to prevent sharp bends and secure it to avoid chafing; verify compatibility with the receiver’s connector and grounding requirements before finalising installation.
