Καλώδιο SATA DeLOCK 0,5 m 2× SATA III 83974

This SATA cable by DeLOCK is a 0.5 m internal data cable with two 7-pin SATA III connectors designed to connect SATA devices such as HDDs, controller cards or flash drives. The cable supports the SATA III standard with a maximum data transfer rate of up to 6 Gb/s and is backwards compatible with earlier SATA versions. The product comes in a polybag and has a black and red design.

Advantages

The DeLOCK SATA cable offers SATA III performance for high-speed transfers up to 6 Gb/s while remaining compatible with previous SATA standards. Its 7-pin connectors include metal clips that secure the connection and ensure the cable clicks reliably into place. The 0.5 m length is suitable for compact internal routing and the cable’s colour scheme helps identify connections inside a PC chassis.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal 2.5" and 3.5" SATA hard drives and SSDs
• Connecting SATA controller or RAID cards
• Connecting internal flash storage or optical SATA drives
• Cable routing in small form factor or standard PC cases

Key specifications

• Cable type: SATA III
• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: 2 × SATA 7-pin
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s
• Compatibility: backwards compatible with SATA I/II (limited to respective speeds)
• Colour: Black, Red
• Packaging: Polybag

How to use

Align each 7-pin SATA connector with the corresponding SATA port on the drive and the motherboard or controller card, then press until the metal clip engages and the connector clicks into place. If connecting to a hard drive with the cable routed upwards, guide the cable accordingly to avoid strain. Ensure both devices and the system are powered off when connecting or disconnecting the cable.

Recommendations

For optimal transfer speeds use this cable with SATA III-capable drives and controller ports. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; secure routing inside the case to prevent contact with fans or sharp edges. When pairing with older SATA ports the transfer rate will be limited to the lower standard.
