Ταινία κόλλας TESA 04662-00086-00 ασημί 50 m

tesa® 4662 is a strong duct tape with a 27-mesh woven PET/cotton fabric backing and a natural rubber adhesive. The product TESA 04662-00086-00 in silver is 50 m long and 48 mm wide, suitable for indoor and outdoor use and resistant to temperatures up to 95 °C. With an elongation at break of approximately 18%, it is designed for a wide range of bonding, sealing and closing tasks.

Advantages

The woven PET/cotton backing provides tear resistance and good conformability, while the natural rubber adhesive ensures reliable initial tack and adhesion on many common surfaces such as brickwork and timber. Its duct tape characteristics make it versatile for fixing, closing, packaging and surface protection applications. The silver color gives a neat finish where appearance matters.

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust or oil before application. Unroll the required length and press the adhesive side firmly onto the substrate, smoothing to remove air pockets. For sealing pipes or ducts, overlap tape edges to create a continuous seal. Cut or tear the tape to the desired length and apply pressure along the tape to improve adhesion. Recommended for both indoor and outdoor use within the stated temperature range.

Recommendations

For best results, store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Test adhesion on unfamiliar substrates before full application. Avoid prolonged exposure above the maximum temperature to maintain adhesive performance.
