Καλώδιο patch ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 – Μοντέλο 08-35041, καλώδιο δικτύου Ethernet

ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable (Model 08-35041) is an Ethernet networking cable engineered for high-speed data transmission in local area networks. As a Category 7 U/UTP cable it is constructed to deliver elevated bandwidth and lower crosstalk compared with earlier categories, making it suitable for connecting switches, routers, servers and patch panels in office, data center and residential network environments. The cable features RJ45 terminations for compatibility with standard Ethernet ports and is intended for straightforward patching and short-run connections within structured cabling systems.

Advantages

The Cat 7 U/UTP design offers improved signal integrity and reduced interference over legacy cables while remaining backward compatible with standard RJ45 Ethernet interfaces. Its U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall unshielded construction) format simplifies installation in patching scenarios and minimizes additional grounding needs. The cable supports higher frequency performance which helps maintain stable throughput for demanding network applications and reduces packet loss on congested links.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting switches, routers and patch panels in office networks
• Server-to-switch short links in data centers and server rooms
• High-bandwidth home networks for streaming, gaming and large file transfers
• Temporary or permanent patching within structured cabling racks

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 7 U/UTP suitable for high-frequency Ethernet applications
• Connector type: RJ45 male-to-male for standard Ethernet ports
• Cable type: Unshielded twisted pair (overall unshielded)
• Typical length class: short-run patch cable (3 m indicated by product line)
• Colour: blue (visible jacket colour for easy identification)
• Designed use: patching and horizontal connections within local networks

How to use

For installation, insert each RJ45 plug into the corresponding Ethernet port of devices to be connected, ensuring secure seating until a click is felt. Use the cable for patching between switches, routers, servers and patch panels; avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during routing. Keep cable runs separate from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible and follow standard structured cabling practices for cable management and strain relief.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short to medium patch runs within racks and wall outlets; confirm connector orientation before inserting and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines. For installations requiring additional shielding or very long runs, consider alternative shielded or higher-specification cabling appropriate to the environment.
