Καλώδιο Patch helos Cat.6 S/FTP χωρίς αλογόνα διπλά θωρακισμένο καφέ 10 m

Helos Cat.6 S/FTP halogen-free patch cable, brown, 10 m, is built for Gigabit Ethernet and structured network installations. The S/FTP design combines an overall braid with individual foil shielding on each twisted pair to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. The halogen-free jacket minimizes toxic emissions in case of fire, making this cable suitable for environments with higher fire-safety requirements.

Advantages

The double-shielded S/FTP construction provides improved protection against near-end crosstalk and outside interference compared with unshielded alternatives, supporting stable high-speed data transfer. A halogen-free outer jacket reduces smoke and corrosive gas emissions under high temperatures, which is relevant for installations in public buildings and confined spaces. The 10 m length and flexible jacket allow easy routing in patch panels, server racks and office layouts while the Category 6 specification supports Gigabit Ethernet and reliable performance for typical local area network applications.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections in office and commercial LANs
• Patching between switches, patch panels and network devices in server racks
• Structured cabling installations where reduced electromagnetic interference is required
• Environments requiring halogen-free materials for improved fire-safety and low emission

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individual foil per pair)
• Jacket material: halogen-free outer sheath
• Length: 10 m
• Color: brown
• Application: Gigabit Ethernet, structured cabling
• Conductor arrangement: four twisted pairs

How to use

Connect the RJ45 plugs on each end to corresponding network ports on switches, patch panels or devices. Route the cable without sharp bends; maintain recommended bend radius to avoid signal degradation. For installed structured cabling, use cable management accessories and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Verify link speed and connectivity after installation using network diagnostic tools or switch port LEDs.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid exceeding the 10 m length for a single patch segment within a channel where longer permanent links exist; keep cable bends gradual and secure cables with tie wraps or Velcro to prevent strain on connectors. When installing in environments with high electromagnetic noise, ensure proper grounding of connected shielded equipment to fully benefit from the S/FTP design.
