Καλώδιο Patch Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 5,0 m πράσινο

The Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 patch cable, length 5.0 m, is designed for high-speed wired networks and supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s (10GBase-T). It uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and features RJ-45 connectors with gold plating for reliable contact and corrosion resistance. The cable’s green jacket identifies it visually in installations while meeting industry performance requirements for Cat.6A links.

Advantages

The Cat.6A construction provides increased bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower categories, enabling error-free transmission in demanding network environments. S/FTP shielding (screened foil over each pair plus overall braid) minimizes crosstalk and external interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure consistent connectivity and long-term durability. The 5.0 m length offers flexibility for typical rack-to-desk or patch-panel connections.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T networks and high-speed Ethernet connections
• Server rooms, data centres and switch-to-switch links
• Office workstations and patch-panel to wall outlet connections
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Category: Cat.6A
• Shielding: S/FTP (foil on each pair + overall braid)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Supported technology: 10GBase-T (up to 10000 Mbit/s)
• Colour: Green
• Weight: 0.163 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (switch, router or patch panel) and the other plug to the target device (server, PC or wall outlet). Ensure connectors are fully inserted and that cable bends are gentle to avoid damaging the internal pairs. For optimal 10G performance, keep cable runs within recommended lengths and avoid running parallel to power lines or large sources of interference.

Recommendations

For best results in high-speed installations, use this Cat.6A S/FTP cable for links up to the specified length, terminate with compatible Cat.6A-rated connectors and maintain proper cable management to preserve shielding effectiveness and signal integrity.
