Καλώδιο Patch, Equip, Cat.6A, RJ-45, Cat6a, 2 m, Λευκό

The equip® Cat.6A U/UTP Patch Cord is a 2 m network cable designed for high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s. It uses RJ-45 connectors with gold plating and U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) construction to provide reliable transmission and reduced interference in structured cabling and 10GBase-T applications. The white cable is suitable for office and data centre installations where stable, high-bandwidth connections are required.

Advantages

The Cat.6A cable offers increased bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables, enabling error‑reduced performance for 10G networks. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The U/UTP design provides a balance between cost and electromagnetic compatibility for typical LAN environments.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T networking
• Server-to-switch and switch-to-switch connections
• Office and data centre horizontal cabling
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45
• Category: Cat.6A (U/UTP)
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Product colour: White
• Weight: 0.076 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (switch, router or network interface) and the other to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent installations, label both ends to simplify future maintenance.

Recommendations

For optimal 10G performance, use within a structured cabling system rated for Cat6A end-to-end, keep cable runs within recommended length limits, and avoid bundling with power cables to minimise interference.
