Καλώδιο patch Equip Cat.6 U/UTP RJ-45 0,25 m κίτρινο

The Equip Cat.6 U/UTP Patch Cable is a high-performance 0.25 m network patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts for stable signal transmission. The cable supports 10GBase-T technology and data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s, while the U/UTP construction reduces external interference. The yellow jacket improves visibility in patch panels and cabling runs.

Advantages

The Cat.6 U/UTP design provides higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure reliable low-resistance connections and corrosion resistance. Short 0.25 m length minimises cable clutter in dense installations and helps maintain signal integrity for short links.

Suitable for

• Patching between switches and patch panels in server rooms
• Short links in rack-mounted network equipment
• Connections requiring 10GBase-T or high-speed Ethernet over Cat6
• Environments where cable identification is needed (yellow colour)

Key specifications

• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat.6)
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs, overall unshielded)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.018 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port on your switch, patch panel or device and the other RJ-45 plug to the corresponding port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use the 0.25 m length for short patching runs inside racks or between adjacent devices to avoid excess cable loops.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable, keep the patch cable away from strong electromagnetic sources, and use appropriate cable management in racks to maintain signal quality and simplify identification thanks to the yellow colour.
