Καλώδιο Patch Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 15m κόκκινο

The equip Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord (15 m, red) is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable Gigabit network connections. Made from high-quality materials and tested to industry standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable provides improved bandwidth and signal-to-noise margin for stable data transmission up to 1000 Mbit/s. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent contact and durability for frequent plug cycles.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, helping to maintain signal integrity in crowded cabling environments. The Cat.6 specification offers higher bandwidth and lower error rates compared with lower-category patch cords. The 15 m length and red jacket make routing and identification easier in rack or office installations.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Network patch panels and switches in offices or data closets
• Structured cabling where shielded cables are required to limit interference
• Temporary and permanent network links requiring a visible color for identification

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall and individually shielded pairs)
• Product colour: Red
• Weight: 0.564 kg
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the opposite device or patch panel. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force; maintain the cable bend radius recommended for Cat.6 cables. For optimal shielding performance, ensure proper grounding and connector installation in shielded ports or panels.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6 S/FTP patch cord where reduced interference and reliable Gigabit performance are required. For installations in electrically noisy environments, pair the cable with properly grounded shielded equipment and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines.
