Καλώδιο Patch DIGITUS CAT 6 U-UTP λεπτό, 5 m, μαύρο — συσκευασία 10 τεμ.

DIGITUS CAT 6 U-UTP Slim patch cable set contains ten 5 m black U-UTP cables designed for Gigabit Ethernet and structured cabling. The slim-profile cables reduce bundle bulk and simplify routing in patch panels, racks and office installations while providing CAT 6 performance with up to 1 Gbit/s transmission speed and 250 MHz frequency. Each cable uses stranded AWG 32/7 bare copper conductors, an unshielded twisted pair design and molded RJ45 plugs with strain relief and locking lever protection to prevent damage during installation and use. The reduced total diameter and flexible jacket enable space-saving routing in high-density environments without sacrificing compliance to international cabling standards.

Advantages

The slim 2.7 mm outer diameter and flexible LSZH jacket make these cables easy to route through tight spaces and cable management channels, reducing overall bundle thickness. U-UTP construction with stranded copper conductors ensures flexibility for frequent moves and changes while supporting PoE and PoE+ applications. Compliance with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and relevant TIA standards provides predictable CAT 6 performance for LAN connections, switches and routers. Molded anti-kink sleeves and locking lever protection increase durability and reduce the risk of connector damage during patching.

How to use

Connect one end of a 5 m DIGITUS CAT 6 U-UTP Slim cable to the RJ45 port of your network device (switch, router, patch panel or network socket) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure the locking lever is fully engaged and avoid sharp bends below the specified bending radius. For installations in racks and patch panels, route cables along cable management channels and secure them with Velcro or cable ties without compressing the jacket. When removing, depress the locking lever and pull on the molded strain relief, not the cable itself, to avoid damaging the connection.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, keep cable runs within standard maximum lengths for horizontal cabling and avoid tight bundling that can increase near-end crosstalk. Use these slim cables in high-density areas to reduce bundle diameter, and prefer proper cable management to maintain bend radius and connector integrity. The cables support PoE and PoE+ when paired with compatible equipment; verify power budgets for connected devices.
