Καλώδιο patch ACT CAT6A U/UTP PVC 305m πράσινο

The ACT CAT6A U/UTP PVC 305m Green patch cable is a bulk-length network cable supplied on a spool for structured cabling and horizontal installations. It contains unshielded twisted pairs (U/UTP) designed for reduced crosstalk and stable data transmission over Ethernet networks. With a 305 metre length and a green PVC jacket, the cable is suitable for long runs within racks, ceilings, and cable trays where clear colour identification is required.

Advantages

The cable’s CAT6A specification supports higher bandwidth and improved pair-to-pair performance compared with lower category cables, enabling reliable high-speed data links. The U/UTP construction provides consistent electrical characteristics while avoiding the need for shielding, which simplifies termination and reduces grounding requirements. The PVC outer jacket offers basic mechanical protection and ease of handling during installation, and the green colour improves visibility and documentation in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in offices, data closets and server rooms
• Horizontal cable runs between patch panels and wall outlets
• Areas requiring colour-coded cable management

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6A
• Conductor configuration: Unshielded twisted pairs (U/UTP)
• Jacket material: PVC
• Length: 305 m
• Colour: Green

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the spool, strip the outer jacket and pair insulation according to the connector or patch panel manufacturer’s instructions, then terminate using compatible RJ45 plugs or keystone jacks rated for CAT6A performance. Ensure proper pair alignment and maintain recommended untwisted length when crimping or punching down to preserve signal integrity. Route the cable through trays or conduits as appropriate and secure with cable ties or clamps, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension.

Recommendations

For best results, follow industry installation standards for CAT6A cabling, maintain separation from strong electrical sources to reduce interference, and test each run after termination with a certified cable tester to verify performance and continuity.
