Καλώδιο patch ACT CAT6 U/UTP Λεπτό σύρμα Γκρι 100m

ACT CAT6 U/UTP stranded patch cable on a 100 m reel in grey is intended for producing CAT6 patch cords and for installations requiring flexible Ethernet cabling. The cable conforms to Cat6 wiring standards and uses AWG24 conductors with twisted pairs for reliable high-speed data transmission. The stranded construction improves flexibility, simplifying routing and termination during assembly and installation.

Advantages

The stranded AWG24 conductor and U/UTP construction provide a balance of flexibility and signal integrity suitable for patch cord production. A 100 m reel format reduces joins and speeds up assembly. Grey colouring aids cable identification and tidy cable management.

Suitable for

• Production of CAT6 patch cords
• Short-run Ethernet connections in offices and home networks
• Environments where flexible cabling is required for routing and frequent movement

Key specifications

• Cable type: CAT6 U/UTP stranded

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 m reel, strip the outer jacket and prepare the individual stranded conductors. Terminate the conductors into RJ45 plugs following the Cat6 wiring scheme (T568A or T568B) and use a suitable crimp tool designed for stranded conductors. Test each assembled patch cord with an appropriate network tester to verify continuity and pair integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling during installation; use proper cable management and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources. When producing patch cords, use RJ45 plugs specified for stranded (flexible) cable to ensure secure terminations.
