Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών LOGON AL5LCLC07I/4I OM4 7 m LC–LC Duplex μωβ

LOGON AL5LCLC07I/4I is a 7 m full-duplex fibre optic patch cable with OM4 multimode fibre and LC connectors on both ends. The cable uses a 50 µm core multimode construction optimized for high-speed short-range links, making it suitable for data centre racks, SANs and telecom cabinets that require duplex LC–LC connections and OM4 performance. The violet jacket provides easy visual identification for OM4 links and organized cable management.

Advantages

The OM4 multimode fibre supports higher bandwidth and extended reach compared with lower-grade multimode types, enabling reliable transmission for short-range 10 Gbps, 25 Gbps, and 40 Gbps links where OM4 is specified. LC–LC duplex terminations provide compact, standardized connectors that are widely compatible with modern transceivers and patch panels. The 7 m length offers flexibility when routing between adjacent racks or within equipment enclosures while maintaining low insertion loss due to quality terminations.

Suitable for

• Short-range high-speed connections in data centres and server rooms
• Storage area network (SAN) links requiring multimode OM4
• Inter-rack and intra-rack patching in telecom and networking cabinets
• Connections to LC-port transceivers, switches and patch panels

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode (50/125 µm core/cladding)
• Length: 7 m
• Connector type: LC–LC duplex
• Polish/connector gender: standard LC male terminations
• Mode: Full duplex multimode
• Jacket colour: violet (for OM4 identification)

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces and clean with a fibre-cleaning tool before installation to ensure low insertion loss. Plug each LC connector into the corresponding LC port on the transceivers, switches or patch panels, observing correct polarity for transmit and receive pairs. Route the 7 m cable along cable management trays or inside rack panels to avoid tight bends; maintain bend radius recommended for multimode fibre. After installation, verify link status and measure attenuation if required.

Recommendations

Store the cable coiled without kinks and protect connector endfaces with dust caps when not in use. Use OM4-qualified transceivers and follow data-centre best practices for cable routing to preserve performance for short-range high-bandwidth links.
