Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O0939.2 E-2000 (LSH) SC OS2 2 m κίτρινο

The EFB Elektronik O0939.2 E-2000 (LSH) SC OS2 2 m Yellow fibre optic cable is a single-mode duplex cable engineered for reliable optical communication over short to medium distances. With a 9 µm core diameter and OS2 specification, it supports high-speed data transmission in telecommunication and data centre environments. The cable carries E-2000 (LSH) and SC terminations to combine high-performance connector technology with a widely compatible interface in a compact 2 m length and yellow jacket for easy identification.

Advantages

This fibre cable offers low attenuation and stable insertion loss thanks to its OS2 single-mode design and 9 µm core, making it suitable for high-bandwidth applications. The E-2000 (LSH) connector provides reliable dust protection and a precision ferrule interface, while the SC connector ensures broad compatibility with standard optical equipment. The 2 m length reduces excess slack in patching setups and the yellow jacket meets common colour-coding conventions for single-mode cabling.

Suitable for

• Server racks and data centre patch panels
• Telecommunications and backbone optical links
• Optical transceiver connections and test equipment
• Fiber patching between switches and optical distribution frames

Key specifications

• Fibre type: Single-mode (OS2)
• Core diameter: 9 µm
• Configuration: Duplex, full duplex communication
• Length: 2 metres
• Connector A: E-2000 (LSH) connector
• Connector B: SC connector
• Outer jacket colour: Yellow

How to use

Inspect connectors for contamination before installation and use appropriate dust caps until connection. Route the cable along designated trays or cable management paths, avoiding tight bends and excessive tension. Plug the E-2000 (LSH) connector into the matching receptacle using gentle axial alignment until it seats; engage any locking mechanism if present. Connect the SC end to the corresponding SC port, ensuring a secure push-pull fit. After installation, perform optical loss and continuity tests to verify signal integrity.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in a clean environment, avoid sharp bends below the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius, and use labelled patch panels to maintain clear identification. For best performance in high-density or outdoor runs, combine this cable with compatible single-mode components and follow industry-standard installation and testing procedures.
