Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O0310.35 35 m LC πορτοκαλί

The EFB Elektronik O0310.35 35 m LC Orange fibre optic cable is an OM2 multimode patch cord with LC connectors on both ends and a 50 µm core diameter. Designed for full-duplex transmission, this 35-metre cable supports reliable short- to medium-range high-speed data links in structured cabling, data centre interconnections and telecom patch panels. Its orange jacket provides clear visual identification in crowded cable runs and helps maintain organised network layouts.

Advantages

This OM2 fibre cable uses LC connectors to offer a compact connection footprint suitable for high-density patch panels and active equipment. The 50 µm core supports common multimode transceivers and offers consistent optical performance for typical enterprise and campus links. The 35 m length covers many indoor routing needs without junctions, while the orange jacket improves traceability and reduces the risk of accidental disconnection during maintenance.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in office buildings and campus networks
• Data centre patching between racks and switches
• Telecommunications patch panels and fibre distribution frames
• Connections between multimode transceivers and network equipment

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM2 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connector type: LC to LC (both ends)
• Length: 35 m
• Duplex mode: Full duplex
• Jacket colour: Orange

How to use

Route the fibre optic cable following building cabling guidelines and avoid tight bends; maintain a minimum bend radius as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Insert LC connectors into compatible LC ports on switches, transceivers or patch panels until they click securely. Use dust caps when ports are not in use and handle connectors by the boot to minimise contamination. Verify signal integrity after installation with an appropriate optical tester or by checking link status on connected network devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable free from sharp bends and mechanical strain, clean connectors before mating, and store spare lengths in protective coils. Match the OM2 multimode cable with corresponding multimode transceivers and ensure patching follows your facility's colour-coding scheme to simplify management and troubleshooting.
