Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών BlueOptics BPAF-BO SN LC OM4 1 m Ροζ

The BlueOptics BPAF-BO SN LC OM4 1 m Pink is a 1-meter OM4 multimode fibre optic cable designed for high-speed short-range networking. It features SN (SN/UPC) and LC (LC/UPC) connectors and a 50 µm core diameter. The cable is intended for patching between transceivers and panel ports, offering multimode OM4 performance in a distinct pink jacket for easy identification.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable provides OM4 multimode performance suitable for enhanced bandwidth and reduced modal dispersion over short distances. The SN connector on one end and LC connector on the other ensure compatibility with equipment that accepts these connector types. The pink outer jacket helps with cable identification in dense racks and patch panels. The cable uses laser-optimized multimode fibre and is described by the manufacturer as compatible with common OEM patch cable formats.

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for cleanliness before making connections and, if necessary, clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools. Insert the SN connector into the matching SN/UPC port and the LC connector into the LC/UPC port until a secure click is felt. Route the cable along existing cable management paths to avoid sharp bends and maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode fibre. When disconnecting, press the LC latch and gently withdraw the SN connector to avoid stress on the fibre.

Recommendations

Store the cable coiled without tight loops and avoid kinking. Use the pink colour to label or segregate specific links for easier identification during maintenance. For best signal integrity, keep connector endfaces clean and avoid excessive bending; follow equipment manufacturer guidelines for connector mating and port compatibility.
