Καλώδιο οπτικής ίνας DeLOCK 85688 1m LC πράσινο

The DeLOCK 85688 is a 1 m OM5 fibre optic cable with LC connectors on both ends. It has a 50 µm core diameter and supports full-duplex transmission for high-speed data transfer between networking devices. The cable features a single outer sheath and a shared boot for both fibres, reducing space requirements in high-density installations. The green jacket provides easy visual identification in cabling setups.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable provides reliable full-duplex communication with LC connectors, optimized for OM5 multimode transmission. The shared sheath and boot minimize bulk and improve cable management in tight spaces. An extractor lever on the connector facilitates removal from high-density panels without excessive force.

Suitable for

• Connecting a NIC with an SFP module to a switch
• Linking media converters to switches or routers
• High-density rack or patch panel installations
• Short-reach multimode data links in data centres and server rooms

How to use

Align the LC connector with the corresponding LC port on each device and insert until you feel a secure latch. Use the extractor lever to release the connector when unplugging, especially in high-density panels. Avoid bending the cable beyond the recommended bend radius and ensure connectors are kept clean and free of dust before mating to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

Store and route the cable to avoid tight bends, protect connector end-faces with dust caps when not in use, and inspect or clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before connection to ensure optimal performance.
