Καλώδιο ηχείων ShiverPeaks 06-245011, 4 mm², 50 m, CCA

ShiverPeaks 06-245011 is a speaker cable supplied on a 50 m roll with a conductor cross-section of 4 mm² made from CCA (copper-clad aluminum). It is intended for connecting loudspeakers and audio systems in-room, for hi‑fi setups and multi-room audio runs where longer cable lengths and economical material are needed. The transparent insulation reveals the conductor and makes routing and identification easier during installation.

Advantages

The cable combines a 4 mm² conductor area with a CCA construction to reduce weight and cost compared with solid copper alternatives while still providing adequate conductivity for typical home audio distances. Supplied on a 50 m roll, it supports long continuous runs without splices and is suitable for both permanent and temporary speaker wiring. Transparent insulation allows quick visual confirmation of conductor layout and polarity during installation.

Suitable for

• Home hi‑fi speaker connections
• Multi-room audio distribution
• In-room cinema and AV installations
• Temporary event or exhibition audio setups

Key specifications

• Conductor type: copper-clad aluminum (CCA)
• Conductor cross-section: 4 mm²
• Length: 50 m roll
• Stranding: multiple fine strands (56 x 0.30 mm conductor strands)
• Insulation color: transparent

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the 50 m roll, strip the insulation at each end to expose the conductor, and terminate with suitable speaker connectors (banana plugs, spade lugs or bare wire) or soldered joints as needed. For runs between amplifier and speaker, maintain correct polarity by matching the marked or visually identifiable conductor to the corresponding terminals. Avoid sharp bends and protect the cable from crushing when routing through walls, under floors or behind furniture. For permanent in-wall installations, verify local building codes and use appropriate conduit or rated cable where required.

Recommendations

Use this 4 mm² CCA speaker cable for runs where cost-efficiency and lower weight are priorities; for very long runs or where maximum conductivity is required, consider using equivalent copper conductors. Keep connections clean and secure to minimize contact resistance and check polarity at both ends to preserve sound staging.
