Καλώδιο FTP Cat.5e ROLINE 300 m

The ROLINE FTP Cable Cat.5e (MPN 21.15.0121) is a 300 m grey network cable designed for structured building wiring and reliable data transmission. This F/UTP cable has an impedance of 100 Ohm and a construction of 8 copper stranded wires (AWG26) with alu-laminated foil screening. The product includes performance diagrams for attenuation and near-end crosstalk and is suitable for installations requiring Cat5e Class D channel compliance when paired with compatible connectors and patch panels.

Advantages

The cable's F/UTP shielding reduces external electromagnetic interference and near-end crosstalk, while the stranded AWG26 conductors provide flexibility for installation. The 300 m length supports longer runs without frequent joins, and the standard 100 Ohm impedance ensures compatibility with Cat5e networking equipment.

Suitable for

• Structured building cabling
• Ethernet networks up to Cat5e/Class D channel
• Office and data closet installations
• Patch panel to wall jack runs

Key specifications

How to use

Install the ROLINE Cat.5e FTP cable as part of a structured cabling system. Terminate both ends with compatible shielded connectors or jacks and connect to shielded patch panels and devices to maintain the screening continuity. Test each channel after installation for attenuation and near-end crosstalk to verify Cat5e/Class D performance over the intended 100 m channel length.

Recommendations

For best results, use shielded Cat5e components: ROLINE Cat.5e FTP solid cable (AWG24) for permanent links, shielded flush/surface mount wall jacks, shielded 19" patch panels and matching FTP patch cords. Ensure proper grounding of the shielding and avoid sharp bends or mechanical stress during installation.
