Καλώδιο εγκατάστασης DIGITUS CAT 6A U/FTP 305 m, simplex, Cca, Easy Pull Box, μπλε

DIGITUS CAT 6A U/FTP installation cable in a 305 m Easy Pull Box, blue, is an installation-grade network cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed structured cabling. The cable features U/FTP shielding (aluminum-laminated polyester foil around each pair), AWG 23/1 bare copper conductors in a 4x2 configuration, and a halogen-free, low-smoke outer sheath rated to CPR class Cca. With a specified transmission frequency up to 500 MHz and support for Power over Ethernet (PoE), this Cat6A cable is intended for backbone, horizontal and equipment cabling in commercial, industrial and data center environments.

Advantages

The U/FTP construction provides individual pair shielding to reduce crosstalk and improve immunity to electromagnetic interference, while the outer unshielded design keeps flexibility for installation. The AWG 23/1 copper conductors and controlled pair geometry ensure stable impedance and low attenuation up to 500 MHz. The halogen-free LSZH jacket with CPR Cca classification reduces smoke and corrosive gas emissions in case of fire, meeting modern building-safety requirements. Supplied on an Easy Pull Box, the cable is simple to deploy on long runs and supports plug-and-play connections for standard RJ45 / Cat6A terminations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet backbone and horizontal cabling
• Server rooms and data centres requiring high throughput
• Office structured cabling and open-plan LAN deployments
• Industrial installations where enhanced EMI protection is needed
• PoE-powered devices such as access points, cameras and phones

How to use

Run the cable from the Easy Pull Box along the planned cable route, observing the specified bending radii and maximum pull force to avoid damage to the conductor and shielding. Terminate each end with compatible Cat6A RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks designed for U/FTP cables and ensure proper foil drain connection to grounding where required. Test the installed links with a certified cable tester to verify parameters such as length, continuity, pair integrity, impedance and alien crosstalk to confirm compliance with Cat6A performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, maintain separation from power cables and strong EMI sources where possible, avoid sharp bends and kinks during installation, and ensure the shielding drain is correctly connected to the grounding system in metallic patch panels or enclosures. Use appropriate hardware rated for Cat6A and U/FTP cables to preserve transmission characteristics.
