Καλώδιο DMX EUROLITE 30227784 P-Con σε 3-πολικό XLR, 5 m

The EUROLITE DMX combo cable model 30227784 P-Con to 3‑pin XLR, 5 m provides a combined connection for DMX control signal transmission and power-enabled devices in a compact 5‑metre length. This cable joins a P-Con (PowerCON) style connector with a standard 3‑pin XLR to link lighting consoles, dimmers and fixtures where a short, robust DMX run is required. It is intended for temporary and semi-permanent installations in stage, studio and event setups and offers straightforward connectivity without separate cable runs for control and convenient interfacing between compatible equipment.

Advantages

The cable integrates power-capable connectivity with a standard DMX XLR interface in a single assembly, reducing the number of separate cables on stage. Its 5 m length balances flexibility and signal integrity for short-distance links. The connectors are designed for secure mating and repeated use in live environments, and the cable construction provides shielding to maintain DMX signal quality and reduce interference. The product is compact, easy to route, and suited to frequent setup and teardown cycles.

How to use

Inspect both connectors and cable for visible damage before use. Connect the P-Con end to the matching power-capable socket and the 3‑pin XLR to the DMX input or output on the intended device, ensuring secure engagement. Use correct DMX addressing and ensure the console and fixtures share a common reference ground where required. Avoid sharp bends and heavy compression on the cable, and route it away from high-voltage power lines where possible to minimise interference. After use, store the cable coiled loosely in a dry environment.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short DMX runs up to 5 m and in configurations where a Power-capable connector and a 3‑pin XLR interface are both required. For longer runs or where full power distribution is needed separately from DMX, use dedicated cables and follow manufacturer guidelines for power and signal separation.
