Καλώδιο δικτύου ShiverPeaks BS75720-A 10m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75720-A 10m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable provides a high-performance wired connection for home and office networks. Constructed to Cat6a standards with S/FTP shielding and fitted with RJ-45 connectors at both ends, this 10-meter grey cable supports Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications over short to medium distances. It is designed to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity for demanding tasks such as gaming, high-resolution streaming and large file transfers.

Advantages

Cat6a specification ensures increased bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables. S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to provide superior protection against external electromagnetic interference. The cable’s molded RJ-45 connectors deliver secure, low-loss terminations, and the 10 m length offers flexibility for typical room-to-room or rack-to-desk installations. The neutral grey jacket blends unobtrusively into residential and professional environments.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between routers, switches and computers
• High-bandwidth applications such as 4K/8K streaming and online gaming
• Small office and home office (SOHO) network cabling
• Temporary or permanent connections in server racks and network closets

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 10 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Grey
• Supported Ethernet: Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet over recommended distances
• Conductor: Solid or stranded copper conductors (designed for typical networking installations)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch, modem or network interface on a computer) and the other RJ-45 end to the corresponding device port. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the clip clicks to secure the connection. For fixed installations, route the cable avoiding sharp bends and keep it separated from high-voltage power lines when possible to minimize interference. For best results, verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices after installation.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable in environments where reduced electromagnetic interference and reliable high-speed transmission are required. For permanent structured cabling, follow local cabling standards for bend radius and pathway management and test each link with an appropriate network tester to confirm performance.
