Καλώδιο δικτύου ShiverPeaks BS75500-A-100SSP

The ShiverPeaks BS75500-A-100SSP is a 100 m Cat7a networking cable with S/FTP shielding in a lilac jacket. Designed for environments that require reliable high-speed data links, this cable supports up to 10 Gbps transmission and reduces electromagnetic interference through its screened and foil-protected twisted pairs. The 100 m length allows flexible routing in offices, server rooms, or home installations while maintaining signal integrity for demanding network tasks.

Advantages

This Cat7a S/FTP cable offers enhanced protection against crosstalk and external noise thanks to individual pair foil shielding combined with an overall braided screen. The construction supports stable transmission at high data rates and helps preserve cable performance over longer runs. The lilac outer jacket provides color-coded identification for organized cabling systems and easier traceability during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• High-bandwidth local area networks (LANs)
• 10 Gbps data links for servers and switches
• Gaming and 4K/8K streaming setups
• Professional audio/video installations and post-production networks
• Structured cabling in offices, data centers, and home networks

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7a
• Shielding: S/FTP (screened with foil-wrapped twisted pairs)
• Length: 100 m
• Maximum supported speed: up to 10 Gbps
• Jacket color: lilac
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper (solid conductors)

How to use

Route the cable along cable trays, walls, or within conduit according to local installation standards. Terminate each end with compatible Cat7a-rated connectors or keystone jacks, observing correct pair orientation and maintaining the shielding continuity by properly connecting the drain wire and screen at the terminations. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force during installation to prevent damage to the conductors and shielding. Test the installed link with a certified network tester to verify continuity, pair integrity, and performance up to 10 Gbps.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep runs under recommended maximum distances for active components, separate the cable from high-voltage power lines to minimize interference, and use shielded connectors and patch panels to preserve the S/FTP shielding effectiveness. Label both ends to reflect the lilac color coding and installation location for easier maintenance.
