Καλώδιο δικτύου ShiverPeaks BS75112-R 2m Cat5e F/UTP κόκκινο

The ShiverPeaks BS75112-R 2m Cat5e F/UTP is a red network patch cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in home and office environments. Constructed to support data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, the cable uses Cat5e specifications with foil-shielded twisted pairs (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors, providing compatibility with switches, routers, network cards and patch panels.

Advantages

The foil shielding (F/UTP) improves signal integrity in environments with moderate electromagnetic interference, supporting stable connections and reduced packet loss. The 2 m length balances reach and cable management in typical desktop and rack setups. The red jacket provides visual identification for organized cabling runs and simplifies tracing of network segments. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure broad compatibility without the need for adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, printers and networked peripherals to a switch or router
• Patching between ports in small server racks or wall-mounted patch panels
• Home office and business workstations requiring a clearly marked network connection
• Temporary or permanent network setups where EMI protection is beneficial

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 2 m
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: red

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other end into a compatible port on a router, switch or patch panel. Verify link status lights on devices to confirm a successful connection. When routing the cable, avoid tight bends and running it parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances to maintain signal quality. For installations in racks or behind desks, use cable ties or Velcro straps to secure the cable and reduce mechanical strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat5e F/UTP cable for connections up to the specified 2 m length and in environments where foil shielding helps mitigate nearby interference sources. If longer runs or higher bandwidths are required, consider higher category cables. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show wear.
