Καλώδιο δικτύου ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP μπλε 20 m

S/FTP Patch Cord Cat.6A, Component Level, LSOH, blue, 20 m. The ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP networking cable is a 20 metre blue patch cable with shielded twisted pairs designed for reliable high-speed data transmission. It features screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a construction of four pairs of stranded copper conductors with complete braid shielding and pair-level aluminium-clad polyester foil to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

This patch cable provides protected data connections between devices using a prepared double-shielded twisted pair (S/FTP) design and screened RJ-45 plugs. The cable is flexible and suitable for narrow bending while moulded kink protection improves durability. High-quality RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts ensure consistent contact resistance. The wiring follows a 1:1 contact configuration in accordance with the EIA/TIA 568 standard.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links in office and data centre environments
• High-speed LAN connections between switches, patch panels and network devices
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference thanks to S/FTP shielding
• Installations needing a 20 m blue patch cable for cable management or routing

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the other RJ-45 plug to the target device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable without sharp kinks and avoid tight bends that exceed the cable's minimum bend radius. For best performance, keep the cable separate from high-voltage power lines and maintain correct patching order according to your network layout.

Recommendations

For reliable 10G performance, use the ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP cable in shielded or properly grounded installations and avoid running it alongside unshielded power cables. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if the jacket or shielding is compromised.
