Καλώδιο δικτύου ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP μπλε 15 m

S/FTP Patch Cord Cat.6A, Component Level, LSOH, blue, 15 m. The ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP networking cable is a 15 metre patch cable with shielded twisted pairs and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It is designed for high-speed data transmission in professional and home network environments and provides protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to complete braid shielding and pair foil screening.

Advantages

The cable is a prepared patch cable for networking connections between devices, featuring double shielding (complete braid plus aluminium-clad polyester foil around each pair) to reduce crosstalk and external interference. It uses stranded 4-pair copper conductors and high-quality moulded RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts and kink protection for durability. The contact arrangement is 1:1 in accordance with the EIA/TIA 568 standard, and the flexible LSOH jacket allows narrow bending while maintaining mechanical protection.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections (Cat6a compliant)
• Patch panels and wall ports in office networks
• High-density cabling where flexible, shielded patch cords are required
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Length: 15 m
• Cable standard: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil-screened pairs)
• Conductor: 4-pair stranded copper
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Contact wiring: 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568)
• Jacket: LSOH
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or network port) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the connected device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive pulling; the moulded kink protection reduces the risk of connector damage. For optimal performance, avoid bundling with large power cables and maintain proper bend radius.

Recommendations

Use this CAT.6a S/FTP cable for installations requiring 10 Gbps performance or improved shielding. Verify both ends are connected 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568) and keep cable runs within recommended lengths for patching to ensure signal integrity.
