Καλώδιο δικτύου Microconnect SFTP701S μαύρο 1 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Microconnect SFTP701S RJ-45 Cat7 1 m Black is a 1-metre networking cable designed for high-speed wired connections between devices such as switches, modems, routers or wall outlets through patch panels and keystone jacks. Built to Cat7 standard with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable supports robust signal transmission and is backward compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 installations.

Advantages

The cable is manufactured to Cat7 requirements and tested up to 600 MHz while using Cat6a-compatible RJ-45 connectors, providing a balance of high-frequency performance and broad compatibility. S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, helping to maintain data integrity and transmission speed. A protective strain relief (snaggle) at the connector helps prevent damage during installation in tight spaces. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for home and small office environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and modems to patch panels or wall outlets
• Wired home network and small office Ethernet connections
• AV and entertainment systems requiring stable wired links

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat7 (tested up to 600 MHz)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 – both ends
• Length: 1 m
• Colour: Black
• Compatibility: Backward compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e, Cat5
• Weight: 0.03 kg

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices or infrastructure: switches, routers, modems, keystone jacks or wall outlets. Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection. Route the cable without tight bends and avoid sharp kinks; the integrated strain relief reduces stress at the connector but standard cable-handling precautions should be observed. For installations through conduits or small openings, guide the cable gently to prevent damage to the connector.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for applications that need reduced interference and reliable gigabit or multi-gigabit links. For longer runs or outdoor use, select an appropriately rated cable length and jacket type; keep runs within recommended Ethernet distance limits for the desired network speed.
