Καλώδιο δικτύου Microconnect SFTP70025S μαύρο 0,25 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Microconnect SFTP70025S RJ-45 Cat7 0.25 m Black is a short high-performance networking cable that provides a reliable wired connection between network devices such as switches, modems and routers or to structured cabling via patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets. This S/FTP-shielded Cat7 cable is manufactured to support testing up to 600 MHz while using Cat6a-compatible RJ-45 connectors, and is backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 installations.

Advantages

Shielding (S/FTP) reduces electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, improving signal integrity and reducing transmission errors. The short 0.25 m length minimises excess cable in tight setups and helps maintain stable high-speed connections. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with common network equipment, and a reinforced connector snagless design protects the plug latch during installation in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting a router to a switch or modem at short distances
• Patching between keystone jacks, patch panels and network devices
• Short connections in home offices, small office networks and entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat7 (tested to 600 MHz)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Length: 0.25 m
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.02 kg
• Compatibility: Backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e, Cat5

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices until the latch clicks. Use this 0.25 m cable for direct short links or to tidy connections between patch panels and nearby equipment. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends near the plug to preserve shielding and signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this shielded Cat7 cable in environments where EMI could affect signal quality (near power supplies, fluorescent lighting or dense cabling). Keep cable runs short and avoid tight bends; confirm both devices support the intended data rate and re-seat connectors if link issues occur.
