Καλώδιο δικτύου Microconnect B-FTP502 γκρι 2 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)

The Microconnect B-FTP502 RJ-45 Cat5e 2m Grey is a 2-meter Cat5e networking cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for reliable wired connections between network devices such as switches, modems and routers or to infrastructure points like patch panels and wall outlets. The cable supports Cat5e testing up to 100 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5, and its F/UTP (B-FTP) shielding reduces electromagnetic interference to maintain signal integrity. The grey cable is suitable for home and small office networks and supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The shielded B-FTP construction protects against EMI and reduces crosstalk, helping to preserve data quality and transmission speed. RJ-45 connectors on both ends provide a standard, easy-to-install interface, while the built-in latch protection prevents connector damage during tight-space installations. Compliance with Cat5e specifications and backwards compatibility with Cat5 ensure broad interoperability with existing network equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and modems to patch panels or wall outlets
• Home network and small office wiring
• Audio/video and entertainment network connections

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network device (switch, modem or router) and the other into the destination port such as a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click into place with the latch protection engaged. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic fields to maintain optimal performance. For installations in confined spaces, use the cable's latch protection feature to reduce stress on the connector.

Recommendations

For best results, use this shielded Cat5e cable in environments where electromagnetic interference may be present and pair it with compatible shielded ports or patch panels. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain bend radius recommended for Ethernet cables to prevent signal degradation.
