The LOGON TCF66F003V RJ-45 Cat6a 0.3 m Violet networking cable is a short, high-performance Cat6a patch cable designed for reliable connections in dense or compact network setups. It features F/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and RJ-45 connectors on both ends for standard Ethernet connectivity. The violet color helps with visual identification and structured cabling management in racks and workstations.

Advantages

This Cat6a cable supports high-speed data transmission and improved signal integrity due to F/UTP shielding, which blocks external interference while maintaining flexibility for tight routing. The short 0.3 m length minimizes excess cable clutter and reduces latency in short links. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with common network devices and patch panels, while the violet jacket offers easy visual separation from other cables.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, routers and wall outlets
• Structured cabling where color-coding simplifies identification
• High-density racks and compact office workstations
• Applications requiring Cat6a performance in short runs

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Length: 0.3 m
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around all pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cable type: Crossover cable
• Colour: Violet

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the adjacent device or patch panel. For crossover applications, verify device compatibility — many modern devices support auto MDI/MDIX which automatically adjusts for straight-through or crossover wiring. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; maintain the 0.3 m length for short, direct links where minimal slack is needed.

Recommendations

For best performance maintain separation from high-voltage power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use the violet cable for color-coded runs to simplify troubleshooting and inventory. Inspect connectors for secure seating and avoid excessive bending at the connector boot to prolong lifespan.
