Patch Cable Cat.6A 10G S/FTP PIMF PrimeLine LogiLink® in white, 20 m, is a shielded network cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. The cable uses Cat6a standard construction with AWG 26/7 bare copper conductors, S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair with overall braid) protection and LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket. It meets ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standards and includes RJ45 connectors on both ends for 10G-capable network links.

Advantages

The LogiLink Cat.6A cable provides up to 10 Gbps transmission over 20 m with enhanced electromagnetic interference protection thanks to S/FTP PIMF shielding. Bare copper AWG 26/7 conductors ensure reliable conductivity, while the LSZH jacket reduces toxic fumes and smoke in case of fire. Compliance with international standards ensures compatibility with professional cabling installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet backbone and horizontal connections
• Server rooms and data cabinets where shielded cabling is required
• Office networks linking switches, routers and patch panels
• High-performance home network setups

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A (10G)
• Length: 20 m
• Cable type: S/FTP (PIMF) shielded twisted pair
• Conductor: bare copper, AWG 26/7
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen)
• Weight: 0.67 kg
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, TIA/EIA 568-C.2

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to a network device (switch, router or network card) and the other to the corresponding port on the opposite device or patch panel. Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling during installation; maintain the cable bend radius recommended for Cat6A to preserve signal integrity. The shielded design requires proper grounding at termination points when used in environments with significant electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use shielded RJ45 jacks and properly grounded patch panels when deploying this S/FTP Cat6A cable in server rooms or industrial environments. Store the cable coiled without sharp kinks and keep it away from high-power electrical lines to minimise interference.
