Patch Cable Cat.6A 10G S/FTP PIMF PrimeLine grey 10m LogiLink® is a 10-metre networking cable designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbps. The cable uses S/FTP (shielded foil around individually shielded pairs) construction with bare copper conductors and RJ-45 connectors, and is sleeved in an LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket. It conforms to standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA 568-C.2.

Advantages

The S/FTP PIMF design minimises electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable high-bandwidth connections. Bare copper conductors and AWG 26/7 stranded wiring ensure reliable signal transmission and flexibility. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke emission in case of fire, and compliance with international cabling standards guarantees interoperability with compatible network equipment.

Suitable for

• 10 Gbps Ethernet backbones and high-speed LAN segments
• Office and data center horizontal cabling
• Connections between switches, servers and patch panels
• Environments where low-smoke, zero-halogen jacket is required

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Cable category: Cat.6A (10G)
• Construction: S/FTP (shielded foil with individually shielded pairs), PIMF
• Conductor: bare copper, AWG 26/7
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen)
• Weight: 350 g
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, TIA/EIA 568-C.2

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device or patch panel port and the other to the corresponding port on the switch, server or workstation. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, excessive pulling force or proximity to strong EMI sources to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat.6A S/FTP cable for runs up to its rated length in controlled installation environments. Avoid bundling with mains power cables and maintain bend radius recommended by the manufacturer. Verify compatibility with installed network hardware and test links after installation using appropriate cable testers.
