Καλώδιο δικτύου Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 20m μπλε

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 20m Blue networking cable provides a 20 metre connection designed for gigabit Ethernet networks. It uses Category 6 construction with S/FTP (shielded foil over individually paired foil) topology and comes fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The blue jacket identifies the cable in installations and helps maintain organized cabling runs in home or office environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP (PIMF) shielding reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity for high-speed data transmission. Category 6 design supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks, enabling reliable gigabit performance over typical horizontal cable lengths. Factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure straightforward, plug-and-play installation without additional termination tools.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktops, laptops and network switches in home networks
• Office workstations and local area network (LAN) segments
• Linking networked devices such as NAS units, printers and routers
• Structured cabling runs where color-coded identification is helpful

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Cabling category: CAT6
• Shielding: S/FTP (PIMF) — overall braid/foil with individually foiled pairs
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, factory-terminated
• Supported link speeds: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Route the cable between the two network endpoints and insert the RJ-45 connectors into the device ports until they click. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force; maintain a bend radius appropriate for Ethernet cable to preserve signal performance. Do not remove or modify the factory-terminated connectors unless you have appropriate tools and expertise. Verify link status on connected devices to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable separated from high-voltage power lines and strong electromagnetic sources. When installing in permanent structured cabling, follow local wiring standards and allow slack for future re-termination or moves. Use cable management accessories to prevent strain on the connectors.
