Καλώδιο δικτύου Hama 00200917 γκρι 5 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)

The Hama 00200917 networking cable is a 5 m Cat5e F/UTP cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for wired network connections. The cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and features foil-shielded twisted pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference. Its grey jacket and standard RJ-45 terminations make it suitable for home and office network setups where a reliable copper connection is required.

Advantages

The F/UTP design provides improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables while maintaining flexibility and ease of installation. Cat5e specification supports gigabit Ethernet speeds over typical local network distances. Pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure immediate use without additional tools, and the 5 m length offers moderate reach for connecting devices across a room or between adjacent racks or desks.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and network printers to a router or switch
• Wired connections for streaming devices and smart TVs
• Small office and home network wiring where shielding is desired
• Temporary or permanent patching in network cabinets and patch panels

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat5e F/UTP (foil-shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Length: 5 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (such as a PC, switch or router) and the other RJ-45 connector to the corresponding port on the opposing device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference; if used in a structured cabling system, label each end as required for identification.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power cables for long distances and do not exceed recommended bend radii. Use shielded ports or grounded patch panels when integrating with other shielded cabling to maintain the effectiveness of the F/UTP shielding.
