Καλώδιο δικτύου Gembird PP8-LSZHCU-BK-10M RJ-45 Cat8 10m μαύρο

The Gembird PP8-LSZHCU-BK-10M is a 10 m Cat8 networking patch cord designed for ultra-fast data transmission and reliable connections. It uses foil-shielded twisted pairs combined with an overall braided shield (S/FTP) to minimise electromagnetic interference, and features RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for consistent signal quality. The cable is finished in black and fitted with a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer jacket and moulded strain reliefs for improved durability.

Advantages

This Cat8 cable provides high bandwidth and reduced crosstalk thanks to shielded pairs and a braided outer shield. Gold-plated connectors and contacts improve corrosion resistance and ensure stable contact over time. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic and corrosive gas emission in case of fire, while moulded strain reliefs and snagless boots increase mechanical durability and protect the connector ends.

Suitable for

• High-speed local area networks (10 Gbps and above)
• Data centres and server connections
• Patch panels and switches requiring RJ-45 Cat8 cabling
• Environments where low-smoke, halogen-free materials are required

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Standard: Cat8
• Shielding: Foil-shielded pairs with braided overall shield (S/FTP)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Avoid sharp bends near the connector and do not exceed the recommended installation bend radius. For permanent installations, route the cable to minimise tension on the moulded strain reliefs.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for short-run, high-bandwidth links within racks or between nearby network equipment; avoid running alongside strong electromagnetic sources and follow standard structured cabling practices.
