Καλώδιο δικτύου Extralink LAN Καλώδιο Patch Κατ.6 FTP RJ-45 Cat6 0,5m Πράσινο

The Extralink Patchcord LAN Cat.6 FTP is a 0.5 meter shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable data transmission in structured networks. This Cat6 patchcord uses four twisted pairs of pure copper conductors and F/UTP (foil-shielded twisted pair) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference. Both ends are fitted with shielded, gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, and the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) operation and PoE power delivery where applicable. The cable is presented in green and is suitable for short interconnections between network devices.

Advantages

The shielded Cat6 FTP design improves resistance to external interference compared with unshielded cables, ensuring more stable throughput at gigabit speeds. Gold-plated, shielded RJ45 plugs provide reliable contact and lower corrosion risk. The use of pure copper conductors supports efficient signal transmission and PoE compatibility, while the short 0.5 m length and flexible jacket make the cable convenient for neat patching in racks, patch panels and desktop setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers over short distances
• Patch panel to switch links in IT cabinets
• Connecting desktop computers, VoIP phones and network devices
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Category: Cat6 (FTP)
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield)
• Conductors: four twisted pairs, pure copper
• Connectors: shielded, gold-plated RJ-45 — both ends
• Supported standard: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• PoE: supported where device and switch ports allow
• Colour: Green

How to use

Plug RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices (for example, switch to router, switch to patch panel or computer to switch). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish secure contact. Route the cable along a tidy path to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; the short 0.5 m length is intended for close connections in racks, patch panels or between adjacent devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines or close to large sources of electromagnetic interference. Use shielded ports and proper grounding on network equipment when employing FTP cables to maximise shielding effectiveness.
