Καλώδιο δικτύου EQUIP 404542 Cat6a U/UTP μπλε, 305 m, 10GBase-T

EQUIP 404542 is a blue Cat6a U/UTP networking cable on a 305 m reel, engineered for 10GBase-T installations. This unshielded twisted-pair cable supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet and is supplied without connectors; weight approximately 15.3 kg. It is intended for structured cabling in data centers, server rooms and office networks where high-speed, reliable copper links are required.

Advantages

The Cat6a U/UTP design provides support for 10 Gbps transmission over extended distances compared with lower-category cables while keeping installation simple thanks to its unshielded construction. The 305 m reel format reduces the need for joins in long runs and the blue jacket enables easy identification within cabling bundles. Supplied without connectors so installers can terminate the cable to match their chosen connectors and patching hardware.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network backbones in data centers and server rooms
• Office LAN installations and structured cabling
• High-speed Ethernet links for switches, routers and patch panels
• Environments where unshielded U/UTP cable is acceptable

Key specifications

• Cable length: 305 m
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Cable type: Cat6a U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Connectors: none (supplied without connectors)
• Product colour: Blue
• Weight: approx. 15.3 kg

How to use

Plan the cable route and pull the required length from the 305 m reel, avoiding sharp bends and sources of electromagnetic interference. Terminate both ends with compatible RJ45 Cat6a connectors or punch into compatible patch panels according to T568A/T568B wiring standards. Test each terminated run with a certified network cable tester to confirm 10GBase-T performance and continuity before finalising installation.

Recommendations

Store the reel in a dry environment and handle with care to prevent kinks. Maintain proper bend radius during installation and keep the cable separated from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference; choose shielded cable if the installation environment requires additional EMI protection.
