Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/FTP Cat6a πράσινο 20 m

Networking Cable EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/FTP Cat6a Green 20 m is a halogen-free, 20-metre Cat6a patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission up to 1000 MHz. The cable uses S/FTP (PIMF) shielding and TIA/EIA 568B wiring to minimise electromagnetic interference and ensure stable connections between network devices. Both ends are fitted with RJ45 connectors compatible with standard Ethernet ports.

Advantages

The S/FTP PIMF construction provides robust protection against near-end and far-end crosstalk as well as external EMI, which improves signal integrity over longer runs. Halogen-free materials reduce toxic gas emissions in case of fire. The 20 m length and Cat6a specification support Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications within appropriate channel limits, while the green jacket offers easy visual identification in patch panels and cable trays.

Suitable for

• Office and home network cabling
• Patch panels and switch-to-switch links
• High-speed LANs requiring Cat6a performance
• Installations where halogen-free cabling is required

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to the network device (such as a switch, router or PC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the opposite device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Follow standard cabling practices: avoid tight bends, maintain proper separation from power lines, and route the cable to prevent physical damage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance at Cat6a and 10 Gigabit speeds, keep total channel length within standards and use compatible S/FTP components. When installing in commercial environments, verify that the halogen-free rating and shielding type meet local regulations and project requirements.
