Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/FTP Cat5e 1m κίτρινο

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/FTP Cat5e networking cable, 1 m in length and yellow in colour, provides a shielded connection for reliable data transmission. It uses Cat5e standards with foil and braid (S/FTP) shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, making it suitable for common home and office network installations. The cable features a protected connector boot with length imprint and a compact design for higher packing density and easier handling. The connector wiring follows TIA/EIA 568B coding.

Advantages

This Cat5e S/FTP cable offers improved protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to foil and braid shielding, supports reliable high-speed data transfer for typical Cat5e applications, and includes a compact, protected boot that simplifies handling and reduces strain on the connector. The length imprint on the boot enables quick identification of cable length during installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers within local area networks
• Home and small office network cabling
• Patch panels and wall outlets where Cat5e performance is sufficient

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding: S/FTP (foil and braid shielded)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Length: 1 m
• Connector coding: TIA/EIA 568B
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (PC, switch, router or patch panel). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve shielding and connector integrity. The protected boot helps reduce strain at the connector.

Recommendations

For best results, use this cable within typical Cat5e environments up to 100 meters for permanent links; for environments with strong EMI sources, verify that S/FTP shielding meets site requirements and consider testing connectivity after installation.
