Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik K8706.0,50 RJ-45 Cat5e 0,5 m πράσινο

The EFB Elektronik K8706.0,50 is a compact Cat5e networking cable designed for short-distance connections. With RJ-45 connectors on both ends, S/UTP shielding and a 0.5 m length, this green patch cable is intended for reliable link connections between network devices where a short, visible cable run is required. The cable supports data throughput consistent with Cat5e performance and is suitable for structured cabling, small office setups and equipment patching.

Advantages

The S/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and helps maintain stable signal quality in environments with nearby cables or electronic equipment. The short 0.5 m length minimizes cable clutter and signal attenuation for point-to-point connections. RJ-45 terminations on both ends provide universal compatibility with Ethernet ports. The distinct green jacket aids quick visual identification within a cable bundle or patch panel.

Suitable for

• Patch connections in network racks and patch panels
• Connecting switches, routers or modems to nearby devices
• Short links between desktop equipment and wall outlets
• Environments requiring easy visual cable identification

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Shielding type: S/UTP (shielded with overall braid and unshielded twisted pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 0.5 m
• Maximum data rate: up to 2500 Mbit/s
• Colour: green

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on the devices to be connected, ensuring a firm click to confirm seating. Use the cable for short-distance links such as between adjacent rack components, wall outlets and desktop equipment. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive stress on connectors; keep it away from power cables or sources of strong electromagnetic interference when possible. For installations inside patch panels, orient the cable so the jacket and connectors do not strain the panel ports.

Recommendations

For best results, use this short Cat5e S/UTP cable for local patching rather than long runs. Verify that connected devices and network equipment support the intended data rates, and maintain proper cable management to preserve shielding effectiveness and prevent connector damage.
