Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik K8703.1 RJ-45 Cat5e 1 m Κόκκινο

The EFB Elektronik K8703.1 RJ-45 Cat5e networking cable is a 1 m red patch cable designed for local area network connections. It follows the Cat5e specification and uses S/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the cable supports data transfer rates up to 2500 Mbit/s for typical Ethernet applications.

Advantages

This Cat5e cable combines compact length with S/UTP shielding to maintain signal integrity in environments with potential interference from other cables or electronic equipment. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs provide consistent electrical contact and improved longevity compared with unplated connectors. The cable's red jacket improves visibility in patch panels and cable runs, helping with identification and organization.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or office networks
• Patch panel and rack connections where a short 1 m cable is required
• Temporary or permanent desktop wiring where cable identification is helpful

Key specifications

• Standard: Category 5e (Cat5e)
• Length: 1 m
• Shielding: S/UTP (shielded overall, unshielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data rate: up to 2500 Mbit/s
• Colour: Red

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on your device, switch or router until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. For optimum performance, avoid tight bends or kinks and route the cable away from high-power electrical lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. The 1 m length is intended for short patch connections between devices in close proximity or within network racks.

Recommendations

For stable network performance, verify that connected devices and switches support the intended transfer speeds. Use the red cable to mark specific connections or functions in your network layout, and replace the cable if the outer jacket or connectors become damaged.
