Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik K8580RT.2 RJ-45 Cat6a 2 m κόκκινο

The EFB Elektronik K8580RT.2 RJ-45 Cat6a 2 m networking cable is a shielded S/FTP Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired connections. With Cat6a specification and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, this 2 m red cable supports data transfer rates up to 10 000 Mbit/s and is intended for use where stable, high-bandwidth network links are required. The S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the compact 2 m length is suitable for structured cabling in office and home environments.

Advantages

The cable combines Cat6a performance with S/FTP shielding to maintain signal integrity over shorter runs, reducing packet loss and interference in dense network environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability and corrosion resistance, contributing to long-term stable connections. The red jacket improves cable identification in patch panels and cable management systems and the 2 m length balances reach with tidy routing in racks or workstations.

Suitable for

• Connecting workstations, switches and routers within office networks
• Patch panel and cabinet patching in data closets
• High-definition video streaming and VoIP endpoints
• Home network backbones and gaming PC wired connections

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil-screened pairs)
• Maximum data rate: up to 10 000 Mbit/s
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Red

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices, ensuring a secure click to confirm connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separated from high-power electrical lines to minimise interference. For patch panel use, label both ends if needed and use cable management accessories to maintain tidy runs in racks or under desks.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short to medium runs up to 2 m where reduced interference and high throughput are required. Avoid excessive bending radii and exposure to mechanical stress; pair with appropriate patch panels and strain relief for permanent installations.
