The Networking Cable EFB Elektronik K8100GN.2 RJ-45 Cat6 2m Green is a 2-metre Cat6 patch cable with U/UTP construction and RJ-45 connectors. It is designed for reliable data transmission in 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and features gold-plated contacts to ensure stable connectivity. The green jacket provides easy identification in structured cabling installations.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable follows industry quality standards maintained by EFB-Elektronik, including DIN, VDE and UL/CSA, with product testing and inspections performed throughout the production process. U/UTP shielding reduces crosstalk and interference for consistent performance, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability. The 2 m length offers flexibility for typical office and home network setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks
• Patch panel to wall outlet connections in small to medium installations
• Temporary or permanent connections where a 2 m cable length is appropriate

Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For structured cabling, label both ends if required and secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable ties to maintain a clean installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 U/UTP cable within its intended 10/100/1000Base-T(X) applications, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines, and replace the cable if the connectors or jacket show visible damage. Request individual test certificates from EFB-Elektronik if documented quality verification is required.
