Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik Cat.6a HiroseTM21 RJ-45 Cat6a 2m πράσινο

The EFB Elektronik Cat.6a HiroseTM21 networking cable is a 2 m green cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. It follows Cat.6a standards with S/FTP PIMF (pair in metal foil) shielding and supports up to 1000 MHz bandwidth. Both ends feature RJ-45 connectors and the cable is halogen-free. The cable wiring is TIA/EIA 568B coded and it uses Hirose TM21 compatible terminations for reliable mating in compatible ports.

Advantages

This Cat.6a cable provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to S/FTP PIMF shielding and metal foil around pairs. Rated for up to 1000 MHz, it supports demanding data transmission rates and is suitable for modern network installations. Halogen-free construction reduces the risk of harmful fumes in the event of a fire, and the Hirose TM21-compatible RJ-45 terminations ensure secure connections.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet links in offices and data centers
• Backbone and horizontal cabling where Cat.6a performance is required
• Connections between switches, routers, and patch panels
• Environments requiring low-smoke, halogen-free cabling

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6a
• Shielding: S/FTP PIMF (pair in metal foil)
• Bandwidth: up to 1000 MHz
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: 2 × RJ-45 (Hirose TM21 compatible)
• Coding: TIA/EIA 568B
• Colour: Green
• Halogen-free: Yes

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, or network interface) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain signal integrity. Follow standard structured cabling practices for installation and testing.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6a cable within its specified length and test links after installation with appropriate network testing tools. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances. Store and handle the cable to prevent kinks and preserve the shielding and connector integrity.
