Καλώδιο δικτύου Draka Comteq Cat.6a 1m

The Draka Comteq Cat.6a 1m networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data connections in home and professional networks. Featuring S/FTP shielding and factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the black 1-meter cable delivers consistent transmission performance and reduced electromagnetic interference for demanding networking tasks.

Advantages

S/FTP construction provides individual shielding around each twisted pair plus an overall foil shield to minimize crosstalk and external interference. The Cat.6a specification supports higher frequencies and improved performance compared with lower-category cables, helping to maintain signal integrity for gigabit and multi-gigabit links. The pre-terminated RJ-45 plugs offer plug-and-play convenience and reliable contact for frequent connection cycles. Its compact 1 m length reduces cable clutter and latency in short-run connections.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet and 10 Gigabit Ethernet links within 1 m runs
• Patch panel to switch or wall outlet to device connections in offices and data centers
• Situations requiring reduced EMI, such as near power equipment or dense cable bundles
• Home networking between routers, switches, computers, and gaming consoles

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (foiled overall shield and individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 connectors on both ends
• Length: 1 meter
• Color: Black
• Conductor: Twisted-pair copper conductors

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of a router, switch, or patch panel and the other plug to the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure connection. For best performance, avoid sharply bending the cable, crushing it under heavy objects, or running it alongside high-voltage power lines without additional separation. Use in-line with existing network infrastructure and test link speed after installation using network diagnostic tools if required.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use this Cat.6a S/FTP cable for short, high-performance links where interference reduction is important. Maintain bend radius recommendations from standard cabling guidelines and keep connectors clean. When installing multiple cables, separate data and power cables to further reduce potential interference.
