Καλώδιο δικτύου Digitus CAT 6 U/UTP Twisted-Pair Patch, μη συναρμολογημένο 100 m, γκρι

Network Cable Digitus CAT 6 U/UTP twisted pair patch cord raw 100m Grey is a bulk CAT6 U/UTP cable designed for creating custom patch cords and structured cabling installations. The cable supports frequencies up to 250 MHz, is PoE+ ready and uses copper conductors. It is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 specifications and complies with relevant ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC standards for reliable network performance.

Advantages

The raw CAT 6 U/UTP cable enables direct assembly of RJ45 connectors to produce patch cords and is suitable for class E installations. Manufactured from copper conductors, it meets standards such as ANSI/TIA-568-C, ISO/IEC 11801 2nd Edition and EN 50173, ensuring consistent electrical characteristics and interoperability. PoE+ readiness allows power delivery over the data pairs when used with compatible equipment.

Suitable for

• Production of custom patch cords by terminating RJ45 plugs
• Structured cabling installations up to class E (250 MHz)
• Local area networks in offices and homes requiring U/UTP cabling
• Environments where PoE+ power delivery is needed

Key specifications

• Cable type: CAT 6 U/UTP twisted pair
• Conductor material: Copper (Cu)
• Frequency rating: up to 250 MHz
• Data standard: 10GBase-T compatible characteristics
• Length: 100 m (bulk raw cable)
• Color: Grey
• Connectors: none (raw cable for termination)
• Standards: ANSI/TIA-568-C; ISO/IEC 11801 (2nd Ed.); EN 50173-1; EN 50288-6-1

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the 100 m bulk reel, strip the jacket and prepare the twisted pairs according to the chosen termination scheme (T568A or T568B). Terminate with compatible RJ45 plugs using an appropriate crimping tool and test the completed patch cord with a cable tester to verify continuity, pair order and performance up to the specified frequency.

Recommendations

For best results, use recommended RJ45 plugs rated for CAT6 U/UTP, keep cable runs away from strong electromagnetic interference sources, and test each assembled patch cord to ensure compliance with ISO/EN channel performance requirements.
