This Network Cable DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 UTP 1m Blue is a 1 metre Cat6 UTP patch cable with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors and an ultra slim design. It supports data transfer speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s and is intended for connecting network devices such as a NIC, switch or patch panel while enabling flexible, space-saving cabling.

Advantages

The ultra slim Cat.6 UTP cable provides a reduced cable diameter for improved flexibility and easier cable management in crowded racks or tight spaces. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts ensure reliable connectivity and the U/UTP construction helps limit interference. The 1 m length and lightweight design make it suitable for short connections within cabinets or between closely placed devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch
• Patch panels to switches or servers
• Short horizontal runs inside network cabinets

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 UTP
• Connector 1: RJ-45 (gold-plated)
• Connector 2: RJ-45 (gold-plated)
• Length: 1 m
• Maximum speed: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network device (for example a NIC, switch or patch panel) and the other RJ-45 connector into the corresponding port of the other device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the ultra slim cable through the cabinet or raceways to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius gentle. Use the 1 m length for short connections; choose a longer cable if devices are further apart. Inspect connectors for damage before installation.
